I’m Marcie Youtz, a Ventura County REALTOR® with Resource Real Estate, proudly helping buyers and sellers throughout Ventura, Ojai, Oak View, Camarillo and surrounding Ventura County communities.
As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Accredited Seller’s Representative (ASR®), and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), I bring specialized knowledge to every stage of the real estate journey. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a longtime family home, relocating, downsizing, or navigating a major life transition, my goal is to make the process as clear and comfortable as possible.
Ventura County isn't just where I work—it's my community. I spent 20 years serving local families with Ventura Unified School District before becoming a full-time REALTOR®. I’m also the founder and president of 805 Community for Children, a nonprofit supporting local children and families in need.
Community service is at the heart of both my personal life and my real estate business. I believe buying or selling a home is about much more than a transaction—it's about people, relationships, and the communities we call home.
Real estate with purpose. Building community one home at a time.

MY INITIATIVE
Join me in making a positive impact
805 Community for Children
Community is at the heart of everything I do. I am the founder and president of 805 Community for Children, a Ventura County nonprofit dedicated to supporting local children in need, including homeless and foster youth. Through community partnerships, fundraising, and local events, we help provide essentials, gift cards, school and sports needs, holiday assistance, and other resources that make a meaningful difference in children's lives.
My involvement with 805 Community for Children reflects the same philosophy I bring to real estate: building relationships, serving others, and strengthening the Ventura County community we call home.

Community Involvement in Ventura County
Serving my community is a big part of who I am. I stay actively involved throughout Ventura County through volunteering, local organizations, community events, and nonprofit work. That same commitment carries into my real estate business. I believe in being there for my clients from beginning to end, providing hands-on guidance, trusted local resources, and personal service that goes far beyond the transaction.

Real Estate That Gives Back
Giving back is an important part of my real estate business. With each successful transaction, I donate a portion of my commission to a charity chosen by my client. It’s a simple way to celebrate a successful home purchase or sale while supporting a cause that is meaningful to them.
For me, real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It’s about building relationships, strengthening our Ventura County community, and making a positive impact—one home at a time.
805 Crop Swap
805 Crop Swap is a community project I created to bring local neighbors together through sharing homegrown produce, plants, gardening supplies, and resources. While the organized Crop Swap events are currently on pause, the community and Facebook group remain—and I hope to bring the events back in the future.
It’s another example of something I love about Ventura County: neighbors connecting with neighbors and finding simple ways to strengthen our community.
